This document describes the privacy policy and information management applied to our website.

Although our company has its registered office outside of the European Union, we recognize the importance of protecting the privacy of our users, therefore we comply to the European spirit and to the norms in force relating to the protection of privacy and, in particular, to the directive «Directive on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data» approved by the Council of Ministers of the European Union on July 25, 1995.

Data collected

On our website we collect two types of information:
a) the analysis of the log file of the web server (Traffic Analysis)
b) the registration information of the visitor (User information) voluntarily provided by users who fill any registration form on the website.

Traffic Analysis

Our website collects information on the website activity, such as the number of visitors, page views, where the users come from, what banner they clicked on, etc.

The traffic analysis is:
a) collected in aggregate and anonymous form, which means that no personal data is associated with this data, except ther origin of the visit that we need to know in order to reward our affiliates;
b) collected through the use of log files of the web server and through cookies.
c) used to better design our website, to improve the way we provide information about our products and services to the customers and allows us to reward our potential affiliates.

A web server log file is a file in which the activity of the site is recorded. A cookie is a small piece of information that a website sends to a visitor's computer and is stored on the hard disk of the user. We use cookies to track repeated visits to our site. Although we assign a cookie to a visitor's computer, the user's identity remains unknown to us unless the visitor explicitly provides it when he/she becomes a registered user.

Also in anonymous and aggregate form, we collect statistical data on the technologies used to access our site. These data include the IP address, the type of browser used, the operating system, screen resolution and the site of origin. None of this information allows us to trace the identity of the visitor.

Please remember that Internet Service Providers keep this log, available to the competent authorities for a number of years in accordance with the provisions of the E. U. directive «Directive on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data» approved by the Council of Ministers of the European Union on July 25, 1995.

Info about the User

On some pages of our site we collect personal information. If a user contacts us in order to ask a question, to ask a price, to order a product, to download some software, we need this personal information to fullfill the request of the user, i.e. we need the email address in order to reply.

This information can include the name, the address, the email address, other info for the shipping, the phone number and any possible user's comment.

The personal information is used only for accounting purposes such as the delivery of the material, the collection of payments, and to send invoices for our products or services.

We collect information strictly required to fulfill our legitimate economic objectives and have taken all necessary measures to ensure safety, integrity and confidentiality of these information.

We use the email address only for answering users' questions, and will never send unsolicited ads.

The personal data of the User are protected against unauthorized admittance.
